How to Participate
Create Your "Shining" Moment
Format: High-resolution photos or a short video (recommended length: 15 seconds to 2 minutes).
Content: Showcase the real results after using Dr. Rock products, share your application methods, skincare routine, or before-and-after comparisons. Please ensure the Dr. Rock product is clearly visible in your content.
Submit Your Content
Choose one of the following methods to submit your work:Email Submission: Send your photo/video files or a cloud storage link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) to our dedicated email: share@drrock.com.hk. Please use "Member Story Program" as the subject line and include your member name and registered email in the body.
Social Media Sharing: Post the content on your public Instagram or Facebook account, tag @drrock.com.hk, and use the hashtag #DrRockStory. After posting, please email us the link to your post.
Review & Reward
Our team will review all submissions. If your content is selected, we will contact you via email to confirm your mailing address and send you the Mystery Gift Pack as soon as possible.

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This program is open to registered Dr. Rock members only.
Content Guidelines: Submissions must be your original work and must not contain any obscene, defamatory, infringing, or illegal material. The content must be relevant to Dr. Rock products.
Usage Rights: By submitting your content, you grant Dr. Rock a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your content (photos/videos) and related text across any media channels (including but not limited to our official website, social media platforms, emails, and other marketing materials) without further notice or compensation.
Review Discretion: Dr. Rock has the sole discretion to review and select submissions. Not all submissions will be selected or rewarded.
Reward Limitation: To encourage broad participation, each member is eligible to receive a maximum of one Mystery Gift Pack per 30-day period.
Reward Fulfillment: The Mystery Gift Pack will be shipped within 14 business days after we confirm your address. This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Final Decision: Dr. Rock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program and its terms at any time. In case of any dispute, Dr. Rock reserves the right of final decision.
