Tier Calculation: Your membership tier is updated daily. You will be upgraded instantly once your cumulative spending in the past 365 days reaches the next tier's threshold.
Tier Validity: Your membership tier is valid for 365 days from the date of upgrade. To maintain your tier, you simply need to meet the corresponding spending requirement within this period.

4. How to Use "R-Points"

Your points are as good as cash!

Redemption Rate: Every 100 R-Points = HK$1 cash discount.
How to Redeem: On the checkout page, you can freely enter the number of R-Points you wish to use. The system will automatically calculate and apply the corresponding discount.
Redemption Rules: There is no minimum spending requirement and no maximum limit on the number of points you can use per transaction, giving you full flexibility.

5. Terms and Conditions

Point Expiration: "R-Points" are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. Expired points will be forfeited automatically without prior notice and cannot be reissued.
Checking Your Balance: You can log in to your account at any time to check your current point balance and history under the "My Account" section.
Non-transferability: "R-Points" are for the member's personal use only and cannot be transferred, gifted, combined with other accounts, or redeemed for cash.
Order Cancellations or Returns:
- If an order is canceled or fully refunded, the "R-Points" earned from that order will be deducted in full.
- If "R-Points" were used as a discount on an order that is later canceled or refunded, the used points will be returned to your account.
Calculation Basis: Point calculation is based on the final paid amount of an order, excluding shipping fees, taxes, or any amount deducted through the use of discount codes or points.
Right to Modify: Dr. Rock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this rewards program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute regarding this program, Dr. Rock reserves the right to make the final decision.
